The Pharmaceutical Students' Association of Zambia (PSAZ) is the uniting and representative body of pharmacy students in Zambia, established in 2021. We bring together students from diploma to degree programs, across 10 member associations, under one banner: United for Excellence.
PSAZ works in close partnership with the Pharmaceutical Society of Zambia (PSZ), the national professional body, to ensure student interests are represented at the highest levels of pharmaceutical governance. We are also affiliated with the International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation (IPSF) through its African Regional Office (AfRO), connecting Zambian pharmacy students to a global network of over 350,000 members worldwide.
To advocate for student welfare, facilitate continuous professional development, and promote rational medicine use from the grassroots. We create opportunities for every pharmacy student in Zambia to grow, lead, and make an impact in healthcare.
Bridging the gap between pharmaceutical education and excellence in practice. We envision a future where every pharmacy graduate is equipped, empowered, and ethically grounded to serve Zambia's health sector at the highest level.
